- Preference will be given to former exhibitors as soon as they confirm their participation within the deadlines set by the Organisation.
- New participant applications will be dealt with afterwards, and they will be allocated in order of reception of the “Application Form” [rates] and payment (this last requirement is compulsory and will determine the date in which the request for space has been made), always according to the show distribution of sectors.
- Former EXHIBITORS: Space allocation will only be organised after having received and approved the application form, and the corresponding payment received. Should an exhibitor request a change in location or surface, the organisation will, if possible, offer different possibilities according to those requests. The exhibitor shall confirm in writing his acceptance.
- NEW EXHIBITORS: Once the Application Form is received and accepted, the Organisation will offer the best available location, according to the exhibitor’s necessities and to the general distribution of the show. Space allocation will be effective after having received the exhibitor’s acceptance (in writing) and the corresponding payment.
- Stand allocation will be decided according to the general distribution for the different sectors.
